Overview

The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for work with internal and external business partners to identify, engage, attract, and acquire talent for the enterprise. Partners with business and human resource leaders to strategically influence hiring decisions that lead to quickly identifying, selecting and closing the right candidates by selling the vision and mission of the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes strategic partnerships with business leaders to fully understand talent needs, collect market intelligence and assess cultural fit for the organization.
  • Leverages knowledge of the talent needs to create recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
  • Possesses the ability to flex across the talent acquisition organization to recruit talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy professional roles.
  • Uses Intake Meetings to collaborate with Hiring Managers to define requirements, delineate and implement recruiting strategy, establish recruiting delivery expectations, establish weekly communication updates.
  • Defining and executing sourcing strategies including use of various social media, external networks, referral programs, organization, job boards, etc.
  • Partners with hiring manager to streamline the recruiting processes to create positive candidate experiences.
  • Ensures that diversity and inclusion practices are recognized, adopted and integrated into recruitment strategies to ensure opportunities are exposed to diverse talent pools.
  • Develop, implement, track, and publish metrics that evaluate the health and stability of talent acquisition programs.
  • Managing the offer and negotiation process to include pre-closing and ultimately closing of candidates.
  • Responsibilities also include workforce planning with business partners, candidate tracking, conducting interviews, and extending job offers, and data collection on internal candidates.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • 5+ years Recruiting/HR experience required and a 4-year degree in business or other related field or High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years Recruiting/HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends.
  • The ability to innovate and come up new ideas around recruiting talent.
  • The ability to influence others and build strategic partnerships with hiring leaders.
  • Excellent computer skills including ATS systems.
  • Expert Internet search tools and Internet sourcing strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting Engineers or People in Energy Industry

Travel Requirements

  • 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Climbing stairs.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Quiet environment.
  • Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
