Overview

The Employee Records Administrator will collect, review, and input data into a computer processing system; audits output data.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies missing information and verifies and updates files to include all relevant data.
  • Evaluates accounts and data to identify errors and make corrections.
  • Processes and distributes output forms and reports.
  • Develops and maintains HR Records process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, to support operational efficiency and process standardization.
  • May be involved in coding activities, calculating and checking batch totals and related clerical tasks.
  • Works directly with employees on issues and questions related to employee self-service.
  • Maintains wage attachment records.
  • Responsible for completing employment verifications.
  • Works with unemployment processing vendor to provide all required information.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Technical expertise.
  • Clerical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.

Travel Requirements

  • Infrequent travel to Company or client locations. Approximately 5-10% of time will be spent traveling.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay Range

USD $17.43 - USD $23.31 /Hr.
