Overview

The Data Analyst II – Human Resources is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering workforce analytics and insights that inform HR strategy and business decisions. This role focuses on data interpretation, visualization, and predictive analytics to support human resources and executive leadership in making data driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from diverse HR systems and external sources to build semantic models that enhance data consistency and enable advanced analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Power BI or equivalent.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast workforce needs and outcomes.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to analytics projects and provide other ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or Python/R for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with HR systems and data (e.g., UKG Pro, iCIMS, TalentGuard, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne).


Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling in HR contexts.
• Familiarity with data governance and ethical use of employee data.
• Experience with HR reporting systems such as UKG Pro People Analytics and JD Edwards Enterprise One Reports Now


Travel Requirements

• Up to 10% travel to job sites or office locations.

Pay Range

USD $76,860.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
