A Program Manager directs all phases of turnkey design-build projects, from beginning to end, while supporting various service leads to accomplish specific program tasks and goals in a set time frame and with the resources allotted. Responsible for the administration, planning, implementation, closing, and management of turnkey projects, as well as annual ongoing engineering services. Leads project managers who are accountable for assigned projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget. Accountable for managing, overseeing, and delivering large revenue ES (Engineering Services) client programs throughout the entire EPC/delivery lifecycle. A program manager also owns the client relationship with consistent communication, status updates, coordination activities and they also develop new projects with the owner.
*This position can support a remote candidate, with preference to someone in close proximity to an ENFRA office in St. Louis, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, or Fayetteville, AR.
