Overview

The Pre-Development Engineer is responsible for providing, estimating, administrative and contracting support for the Asset Management team during the development and on-boarding of EaaS projects.

Responsibilities

• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Estimate generation support
• Vendor and sub-contractor interface
• Asset inventory selection, database and review in estimating software
• Assist in the Assembly of estimate and scope to the modeling team for incorporation
• Communicating with internal development teams to confirm scope alignment.
• Create, Maintain and Expand company database of O&M services.
• Open New EaaS Project Folder Structure and Maintain Pre-Development File Folders.
• Open & Maintain Pre-Development Work Orders.
• Maintain Pre-Development EaaS Projects Matrix.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of offered services.
• Review marketing plan and presentations to confirm alignment with scope, pricing and on-boarding.
• Assist in creating RFI responses to potential clients.
• Attend periodic sales meetings for coordination.
• Assist with Generation of O&M Contract Exhibits.
• Review O&M contracts for scope and pricing.
• Participate in project transition meetings (Development to Execution).
• Assist with contract setup within JDE.
• Assist with CRM alignment and setup with scope.
• Create, Maintain and Expand Company Asset Database.
• Create, Maintain and Update EaaS Operation Manuals for Asset Management Teams.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business or Engineering.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated individual with high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
