Position Purpose
The Talent Outreach Specialist supports the organization's early career talent strategy by developing and maintaining university partnerships, coordinating recruiting events, managing internship recruitment activities, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. This role serves as a key liaison between students, universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to attract, engage, and develop emerging talent while supporting recruiting operations and employer branding initiatives.
*After an initial training period this role has the option to be hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
